What kind of visage does science fiction present in the age of AI? Can it still exist? Can it still develop? Perhaps generative AI will become a tool for creating science fiction. Maybe only AI-created science fiction will remain, and human-created science fiction will no longer exist. Or perhaps science fiction will become a major force in critiquing AI. Another related issue is that various drugs, including those treating Alzheimer's, are extending human lifespans. What exactly are humans and AI robots competing over? This symposium, organized by Mirage Magazine to celebrate its anniversary, will have distinguished guests discussing these issues from different perspectives.
